Amanda + Hitch met through mutual friends; Amanda was living in Charleston while Hitch was living in Savannah. As fate would have it, the two joined their group of friends in 2013 on the adventure of a lifetime called Yacht Week. The group of friends sales the British Virgin Islands for a week – Hitch and Amanda officially meeting and spending time together. And well, the rest is history.

The two are set to wed at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel later this Fall. However, they opted for a low-country engagement session in the South Carolina ruins. Pop the bubbly and let’s take a look at Amanda and Hitch’s Old Sheldon Church Ruins engagement session!

Graduating with a degree in Graphic Design from Auburn University, I pursued both photography and hand-painted illustration right out of college. I am a whole-hearted extrovert allowing me to connect to couples and families as if you’ve known me for years. I have a passion for photography and capturing couples naturally and always in their best light. In my downtime, you can easily find me sitting on my front porch rocking chair with a rye old fashioned in hand - my wife, Amanda, by my side and our three pups (Scout, Max and Cullen) at my feet.
